Please be aware before your cancellation that with the deletion of your account all data, photos and contacts are lost. Your data will be deleted for good and can no longer be recovered.
Delete user account
- If you still have an active subscription or an active standing order, you have to do yourself, regardless of your fotocommunity membership, the termination at the relevant payment service provider. Only when the subscription expires or the standing order is terminated, the user account will be deleted by us. Refund of already paid membership period is not automatic. In exceptional cases, the residual value can be reimbursed in the form of a voucher. Please contact our support.
- Are all active payments terminated? You can report your withdrawal request informally through our contact. Choose the subject “I want to delete my user account”.
- We are grateful to you for giving reasons, because they can help us to make our offer even more attractive in the future.
- Upon receipt of your desire to exit, you will be prompted for security via email, and reaffirm it by replying to the email.
Note: All your comments will also be deleted. Comments of other users, however, who cite your content (such as your name) are retained.
